Response Time
We aim to respond to all emails and messages within 48 business hours. Please note that weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods (such as sale events or launches) may extend response times slightly.
Appointment-Related Communication
Confirmation texts and reminders are automatically sent via our booking platform. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or update your appointment, please do so using the confirmation link or contact us directly via phone or email.
You may occasionally receive a call from our team to confirm details, clarify appointment needs, or follow up on important business-related matters. We value your time and always strive to ensure everything is clear & seamless before your visit.
Note: Messages related to amending your appointment must be received & confirmed by a member of our staff at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. See our Terms for more information.
Order & Shipping Inquiries
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation & tracking info once it ships. For updates or concerns, please email our support team at support@inspirehairco.com with your order number.
Shipping updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.
