This policy covers the client-facing Inspire Hair Co. website, salon inquiry forms, and information we collect in connection with salon appointments. Purchases made through our separate professional shop are governed by that shop’s privacy policy.

Our extension inquiry may also ask about your hair history, desired result, maintenance preferences, investment range, and photographs you choose to upload. During a consultation or appointment, we may record relevant service notes, color formulas, hair history, consultation details, and before-and-after photographs in your client record.
Please share only information that is relevant to your inquiry or service.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
We use Phorest to help manage appointments, client records, reminders, and payments. When you use a Phorest booking or payment page, the information you enter is also handled according to Phorest’s privacy notice. We do not ask you to send payment card information through our general contact or extension inquiry forms.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to respond to inquiries; contact you about consultations and appointments; recommend, provide, and document salon services; process payments; send appointment confirmations and service-related messages; follow up about your experience; maintain our records; improve our website and services; and protect our business and clients.
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically sign you up for promotional emails or texts. If you choose to receive marketing, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or contact us to update your preferences.
