Glendon Lewis is the founder and hair extension specialist behind Inspire Hair Co. in Little Rock, Arkansas. Known for natural-looking weft and K-tip extensions, customized color, and the Cocktail Method, she creates hair that fits not only how a guest wants to look, but how she actually lives. Every appointment begins with listening, followed by an honest plan built around the guest’s goals, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and natural-hair health.

Glendon’s standards were shaped by traveling across the country to study advanced hair techniques, extension methods, salon business, and the guest experience. As the founder of a professional education company and hair-extension brand, she now brings that knowledge into every part of Inspire; setting the standard for thoughtful consultations, personalized recommendations, and beautiful results designed to last.

At Inspire Hair Co., our artists grow through a structured level system. Pricing reflects each stylist’s demand, performance, advanced education, and specialties, while her position describes her role and experience within the salon.

Experienced stylists who are new to Inspire may begin at Emerging pricing while establishing their clientele within our salon. Every level is supported by the same Inspire standards: a thoughtful consultation, honest recommendations, personalized care, and a plan for maintaining your results.
