Retail products purchased in person at Inspire Hair Co. may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date if they meet the following criteria:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
You have a receipt or proof of purchase
We are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.

Hair Extension Shade Exchanges
If your shade isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day exchange window for eligible hair extensions. To qualify for a shade swap, the hair must be:
In its original, sealed packaging
Completely unused and unworn
