› Logging into your account at inspirehairco.com/booking & following the prompts to amend your appointment

› Contacting us via phone, email, DM, stopping by the salon – whatever works! (Note: We just ask that you hear back from someone directly to confirm.)

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice – or no-shows – will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. For example, if your appointment was $200, you’ll be charged $100.

This policy isn’t meant as a penalty – it helps us protect our team’s time and allow space for other clients who may be waiting. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our schedule.

Retail products purchased in the salon may be returned within 14 days if unopened, unused, and accompanied by a receipt. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Returns without a receipt may be denied or issued as store credit at our discretion.

By sharing Client Content, you allow us to use it on our site, social platforms, and in promotional or educational materials, unless otherwise noted. This includes reposts, reshares, and edits.

Photos or videos taken in our salon may also be used for promotions, including featuring your look, unless you opt out in writing. If your image will be part of a broader campaign, we’ll ask for permission.

You confirm that anything you submit is yours to share and doesn’t break laws or infringe others’ rights. We reserve the right to edit, use, or remove content as needed.

By submitting, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, display, adapt, or distribute your content. You still own your content – this just gives us permission to share it. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Inspire is under no obligation to pay compensation (monetarily, provision of services or products, or otherwise) in exchange for distributing Client Content. You're responsible for any risks of sharing it publicly.
