Inspire Hair Co. is growing

We’re looking for licensed stylists with experience behind the chair and an eye for elevated work. You bring the technical skill and attention to detail, and we’ll provide the structure, support, and environment that allows you to thrive.

We hold a high standard for the work we do, but we’re also here to help each other grow. We’re building a space where stylists are supported, not just scheduled.

This is a commission-based salon, not booth rent, which means you’ll be part of a team that collaborates, grows, and shares in each other’s success.

What we're looking for

› At least 2+ years of salon experience
› Clean, consistent color and styling
› A strong sense of tone, shape, and client communication
› Extension experience is required
› A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment

We offer both full-time and part-time availability, flexible support, and continued training opportunities for stylists who want to elevate their work while being part of something bigger.
